Words, they can be deceiving.

Oh what a tangled web we weave when we practice to deceive. (spider on the dollar)

OF, it is a Preposition, it means Separation; Deprivation, to show distance as in FROM

OF = FROM

If i was to die OF hunger, then you can say i died FROM hunger.
If i died FROM a gunshot wound, you can say i died OF a gunshot wound.

Land FROM the FREE and Home FROM the Brave

A Government FROM the People
Freedom FROM Speech
Freedom FROM the Press
Freedom FROM Assembly

i often hear people say Freedom of Religion. That would also mean FROM.
When asked, they say they are referring to the 1st Amendment, yet those words do NOT appear in the 1st Amendment. Nor do you have any Religious Freedoms under the 1st Amendment.

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;

Congress shall make no law "respecting" an establishment of religion.
Its that simple, they make no law respecting religion.

or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
Thereof - of the thing just mentioned; of that:
It's a 2 part sentence structure, Thereof, meaning the 2nd part refers to the 1st part.

Or prohibiting Congress from making no law respecting religion.

Congress shall make no law respecting your religion,
and you can't stop them from them exercising the freedom to do just that.

Its not what you think it means, or what I think it means, or the spirit of the document,
but in a court of law, its what the document SAYS.

It's called reading to the letter of the law, as in a court of law.
What does the document SAY.

Flawed and Imperfect is what I believe the man may have mentioned at one time, while referring to the U.S. Constitution. What is your take? Is it? If it is, what does that mean?

Next Up........ Constitutionally Speaking.

Clue: Government Devils Speak with a Forked Tongue.
So do the Propaganda Pimps and Media Ho's of MSM.
The majority of the things on the news can NOT be used in a court of law, it is called hearsay.
How do you know the truth to anything, if you never read anything, to know anything?
